roller derby!
yesterday i went to a roller derby!!!it was fun i liked the costumes more than the names . the names were brutal pagent & smash malice suffer jet(a player from brutal pageant) was really good also brutal pagent won!
So cool you came to watch us play! Yup it's fun making crazy outfits to skate in. Do you rollerskate? You should come for a skate in Upper Hutt one weekend - the Upper Hutt Rollerskating Club on Goodshed Road is open from 3pm-5pm and you can hire rollerskates and there's music and games and it's open to everyone! Some of us are there every week.
I have a friend who is a real life roller girl here in London - she knows a few of the former Richter City players who now roll over here. They are European Champions now!
Think you might give it a shot? I hear you need to be really fit and fast to be a promising jammer!
